Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on gkk99 can be made using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: 5,000 Ks for all methods.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: 10,000 Ks.
• After a withdrawal request is submitted, it is normally processed within 10–45 minutes.
• The payment channel used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same. gkk99 is not responsible for any issues arising from mismatched channels.
• If a withdrawal is requested before the required wagering turnover is met, gkk99 has the right to reject that request.

Welcome Bonus and Promotions

gkk99 offers a welcome bonus for new players. The following terms and conditions apply—

• Receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to 200,000 Ks.
• The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.
• Example: 20,000 Ks deposit → 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → must wager 300,000 Ks before withdrawal
• Example: 420,000 Ks deposit → 200,000 Ks bonus → balance 620,000 Ks → must wager 3,000,000 Ks before withdrawal
• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account.
• If fraudulent activity is detected in relation to bonus claims, gkk99 has the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend the account.

Gaming Policy

Players using the gkk99 platform must follow the policies below—

• You may only play with your own funds. Playing with borrowed or funded money from others is not allowed.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or software bugs to play in an unintended way is not allowed.

Prohibited Activities

• Bronze — Weekly Cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — Weekly Cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold — Weekly Cashback up to 0.7%
• Platinum — Weekly Cashback up to 1.0%
• Diamond — Weekly Cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback will be credited to your account after the relevant period ends, subject to the applicable terms. As cashback is a bonus amount, the bonus wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.

Service Limitations and Liability Agreement

gkk99 will make every effort to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot be held responsible in the following situations—

• Unforeseen technical failures or server connection interruptions.
• Network issues occurring between the player and the server.
• Data loss caused by third-party intrusion.
• Problems occurring on the player's own device (phone or computer).
